Sid is with us every day. He loves to be a part of everything. He is very social and loves to be talked to and pet. He is one of the friendliest cockatoos out there. He truly believes everyone comes to the studio to see him. Husbands are his favorite visitors.....his job is to keep the boys busy as the wives shop!

Tina.......Owner and the luckiest person in the world. I get to play all day. That is really how I feel. Whether I am demonstrating or teaching, I love sharing what I do. I did not learn to love fiber arts until I became an adult. The short version of how this all began is....My mother got a few Angora goats and thought I could easily groom them for her........It took a few years but this all grew out of learning to shear. Now I spend my days weaving, spinning, knitting, rug hooking and dying yarns and fiber. It doesn't get better than this.

Sunnie, Sonja, Mutty, Mom Whatever you call her .....She is my mom and the inspiration behind me. She visits most Saturdays to sit and knit with us. Her knowledge and ability to teach as well as create is amazing. She brings a zing to the table that can be found nowhere else. At 80 she still knows its important to share the knowledge she has....look for her limited workshops....they are few and far in between but worth the wait!

We met Turid Murad when we opened the store. One of the kindest women I had ever met. We became friendly and I was blown away by her knitting. She grew up in Norway and still knits very traditional Norwiegan sweaters and hats. She hold two strands of yarn...follows a pattern and holds a conversation.....The pattern is in Norwiegan! This is her newest sweater! Amazingly beautiful. She is currently working on two more that have been commissioned. If you want one of these works of art you have to get in line! She too still teaches for us....are you ready to learn a traditioanal art????
